Work the Snatch Balance into 3 Sots Press with pvc then a bar

AMRAP in 14 minutes of:

 30 Double Unders

20 Overhead Squats 125/85

10 Burpee Over Bar

Accumulate 5 minutes total in a Plank Hold (weighted w/plate for a challenge)*score is time it takes to accumulate the 5 minutes.
