Back Squat-

1 set of 7 reps @ 60%

2 set of 6 reps @ 65%

2 sets of 5 reps @ 70%

 

Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes:

75 Double Unders

4 Wall Walks

Suggested Mobility: Calf Stretch & Roll Out, Thread the Needle, Doorway Stretch
