Daily WOD

We will be celebrating the Spring Equinox that occurs mid month with a Yoga and Brunch celebration THIS Sunday, March 18th at 9:30 am.  We celebrate the change in seasons 108 sun salutations.  The 108 Sun Salutations will take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to complete.  I know it sounds like a big hurdle, but it’s doable one pose, one breath at a time.  We will start things off very simply, every body will be able to do the poses and complete the 108 postures.  So grab a friend and join us for a wonderful morning of yoga, snacks, and drinks. WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Open Gym 9:30am-11:30am

Yoga 5:30pm

Strict Press 3 sets of 10 reps @ 60-70%

Every 5 minutes x 5:

400m Run

12 Bar Facing Burpee

10 Push Press 95/65

Suggested Mobility: Lat Foam Roll & Calf Roll Out
