WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Open Gym 9:30am-10:30am

5:30pm CrossFit Class

With a running clock, every minute on the minute preform 1 lift.

Starting with an empty barbell adding 10/5 each lift

Start with a Snatch, once you max out your Snatch, you will continue with a Clean. Once you max your Clean finish with a Deadlift.

Suggested Mobility: Scorpion Kicks, Hamstring stretch w/ rope, Downward Dog
