Then,

Unbroken WallBall 20/14

 Toes to Bar 

DB Snatch 50/35 alternating arms

Then,

400m MedBall Run

*Penalty for WallBall is 100m MedBall Run

Core: Turkish Sit Ups 3 sets of 10 each arm (you choose weight)

Suggested Mobility: Samson Lunge Hold 1 minute per side, Criss Cross Floor Arm Stretch 1 minute each side
