Minute 2- 15 AKB Swings 53/35 or 12 RKB Swings 70/53

Minute 3-  20/18 Calorie Row

Core: 20 secs work 10 rest

Plank Hold

Right Side Plank

Left Side Plank

Rest 1 minute, for 4 rounds

Mobility: Center splits 1 minute, Trap stretch with KB 30-45 secs each side
