Weigh yourself first thing after using the restroom and text me and let me know your current weight. Also, please let me know how many days you were able to hit all 3 of your Macro numbers within +/-5. Adress how you felt this week in the gym and in general. How has your sleep been? What, if any, problems are you having with food choices etc? Remember the more I know the more I can help!
