80 Double Underd

1 Ground to Overhead

Athlete may build however light or heavy they choose

Scaling DU’s to 160 single unders

Athlete can choose any variation of GTO: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, etc.

If GTO rep is failed, athlete cannot move on to the next round until completing the rep. Remove or adjust weight to accomplish the failed rep.
