In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
200m Run

8 Burpee Box Jump Over 

200m Run

8 Barbell Lungesters 75/55

*Lungester- Barbell in Front Rack postion, lunge back left, lunge back right, Thruster =1 rep

*One runs, one does the BBJO & Lungesters, (you go, I go) then switch on the next round
