Cycle Box Class 6pm

Oly 6:30pm

Double Under Practice- 5 minutes

For Time:

40-30-20-10

Alternating DB Snatch 50/35

5-10-20-30

Burpee Over DB

*35 Double Unders after each set of burpees

Mobility:

Calf Stretch

Roll bottoms of feet/arches (lacrosse ball)
