Cycle Box 6pm

Front Squat- 

10 reps @ 65%, rest 60 secs

5 reps @ 75%, rest 75 secs

10 reps @ 65%. rest 60 secs

5 reps @ 75%, done!

Run 400m, then Max Reps of BW Deadlift in 8 minutes (these are TNG reps)

*penalty 6 Burpee over Bar 

Suggested Mobility: 10 Scorpion kicks, Cat & Cow, Hamstring stretch with rope
