Front Squat- Pause Squats (2 second hold in bottom of squat)

4 @ 65%

4 @ 70%

3 @ 75%

2 @ 80%

2 @ 85%

75 secs of rest between sets

Max Reps in 8 minutes of:

Bear Complex 155/105

Power Clean + Front Squat+ Push Press+ Back Squat + Push Press =1 rep

If the rep (complex) is broken = No Rep

Suggested Mobility: Barbell Quad roll out 4 minutes total, IT Band Stretch
