WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Cycle Box Class 6pm

Deadlift- Warm up to your 80% then 6 sets of 2 reps

Accessory- DB Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets of 12 each leg (2 DBs holding at sides)

In 9 minutes complete the following:

10 Front Rack Lunges 135/95

9 Burpee Over Bar

8 Power Cleans (same bar)

7 CTB Pull Ups

6 Lateral Bar Hops (back & forth =1)

5 Squat Cleans (same)

400m Run

3 x 10 Double Unders

2o Calorie Row or Bike

1oom Sprint
