“Monster Mash”

  • Monster Mash Rules
    1. No invitation needed. However, these are grueling 60-minute plus, heavy, skill based workouts for experienced CrossFitters only.
    2. The class is 1.5 hours long. The first 15 minutes will be a warm up and detailed explanation of the wod and movements, after that you are on your own. There will be a coach present but participating in the WOD. This is where experience and knowledge of your own body is needed as well as the skill sets involved.
    3. Monster Mash workouts are crafted by participants to target weaknesses while fatigued. They typically consist of three 20-minute or four 15-minute sections with some short rest built in. If you participate you will be asked to design one at some point.
    4. Scaling and adjusting the Monster Mash for your own abilities will be decided by the coach.
