DAY ONE of the Nutrition Challenge!

Who is ready to kick some butt?

You will need to do 3 things this week in order to compete in the Nutrition Challenge.

FIRST: Pay your entry fee of $50 to a Coach no later than Friday 2/9/18 (Numbers will be provided once payment has been received. Coach Jenn needs your starting weight and BF% if you did the Body Comp truck, otherwise just your weight)

SECOND: You will need to take a BEFORE picture and submit that to Me, Coach Jenn, no later than Friday 2/9/18. Ladies (Shorts, sports bra-front and side picture) Guys (Shorts, no shirt-front and side picture)

THIRD:

Complete the Baseline Challenge WOD

Run a 400m for time

Rest 3min

Then….

DB Snatches (RX-50/35) (Sc-35/20)

Burpee over DB (Rx-jump in&out) (Sc-Step in&out)

**You will have two times for me. One will be the 400m run time, the other the time if took you to complete 18.0 Scaled or Rx. Whichever way you choose you will need to repeat this same WOD at the end of the 45 days EXACTLY how you did it the first time. So let me know if it was Scaled or RX. Thanks**

 

THIS WOD NEEDS TO BE DONE BY END OF DAY FEB 10TH 2018 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED TO WIN, as well as submission of the BEFORE photos and Payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!! This is to keep things fair for all participants.
