The infamous Summer Clash of the Crossfitters Competition is here! Hosted by the Offshore CrossFit Competition Series, this event is perfect for all levels of athletes, from those who are seasoned and elite to those who have just tasted the Kool-aid. This year we have a special treat: we are offering workouts for both teams and individuals in two divisions: D1 and D2. The teams will be same-sex in both divisions, and the individuals will be both male and female in D1 and D2 as well. As you may have heard, events by OCCS are fun, action-packed, and quick.
