Massage

We are so excited to bring you our new massage therapist, Roella Bley!  Roella has over 15 years of massage experience and in our opinion,”The best in the business!”  She has practice in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, maternity, sports and myofascial release.

Benefits of massage include:

  1. Massage lengthens fascia and muscle easing it back into place. This increases range of motion and has the added benefit of making your muscles look more toned.
  2. Increases blood flow and circulation getting more oxygen into your body.
  3. Decreases and anxiety and stress.
  4. Helps reduce pain and inflammation in the joints, tendons, nerves and bones.

The best times to get a massage:

1. During recovery periods

2. Rest days or deload weeks.

3. 3 days before a competition or race. This will help improve your range of motion and mobility for your competition.

4. After a competition or race to help you recover quickly
